Wednesdays in season and sometimes on weekends.
Pickup *may* start back up again in Spring and fall at various times, however over the last couple of years the pickup scene has struggled somewhat while a vibrant competitive/traveling team community has sprung up. There are (as of last fall) 3 different co-ed teams playing in or around the Bloomfield area. Garden State Parkway to exit 151, Watchung Avenue. Head west (right after the toll booth from the north/ Paramus) through the first light at Broad street. Brookdale Park is the second right after (west of) Broad Street on Watchung Ave. Continue around park to the first parking lot on your left. During the summer you'll have to walk in. If the park is really packed they sometimes play at Bloomfield Middle School. Look all around the park--you can see any potential playing fields from the road. Exit the Park at the same point you came in and turn left (East) on Brookdale Ave. Turn right at the first light (Broad St.) and then turn left at the 3rd street - Huck Street (no kidding) and take that into the school. If they aren't at the school, look even closer in Brookdale Park.

link to mapquest map to this location Finally, it's pick-up so it may not always happen. Bring running shoes as the track in Brookdale Park is beautiful.

Tuesdays Summer only: Clarkstown High School NORTH, 151 Congers Road, New City, Rockland County, NY. Palisades Parkway North to Exit 10. East (right if you are coming from Paramus/the south) off exit ramp to first light. Left onto 304 north to the 4th traffic light. Right onto Congers Road. After about 1 mile the school is on the right. Park near the basketball court and play on whatever football or soccer fields are available. Usually start in early May.
